Shipping policy

We currently only ship within Mainland United Kingdom.  Please contact us for a personal shipping quote if you live in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man or Europe.  For those of you living outside of England, if you incur any further charges (like customs/duties fees) on your parcel, these are solely your responsibility.

We aim to process your orders within 1-2 working days from when your order was placed, however during busy periods please allow up to 5 working days.  Once processed, we will dispatch your parcel via Royal Mail on a 24/48hr service as chosen by you.  Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following working day.

We try to be as sustainable as possible by reusing any boxes/filling received from our brands for packaging. Please do keep this recycling journey going.
