Refund policy

We hope you’re happy with your purchase from Snoop, however if there are any issues please follow the process below for refunding or exchanging an item.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging inc any labels attached.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Health, grooming and cosmetic items, including but not limited to Nail Polishes, Soaps, Creams, Lotions, Oils
  • Jewellery 
  • Perishable goods such as food, drink or magazines

To complete your return, please message us through our contact form before sending any items back, please include your order number,  the item/s and amount you’d like to return.  Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, we ask you to use a tracked and insured service as we do not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post .  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  EU customers can exercise their right of withdrawal here.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 working days. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your item/s please send us a message via our contact form and let us know what you’d like to exchange.  Please be aware that all postage costs incurred will be payable by you (inc return postage).  We will ship out the exchanged item once we have received the original item back into store, within its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as you received it.

 

EU Right of Withdrawal (our Customers in Ireland)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. If the 14-day period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is automatically extended to the next working day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires by submitting a request through your customer account. You can also cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled using the same process.

Once we have been notified of your withdrawal, we will let you know where to return your goods to (please do not return them to the manufacturer). You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, this will also include standard delivery costs (if you selected a delivery option more expensive than our standard rate, we will only refund the standard delivery cost). The cost of returning goods is your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
